When I first found out I was going to be published by Greenwillow....one thing I said was, "OMG THAT's WHO PUBLISHED BETHANY GRIFFIN'S BOOKS!!"

Masque of the Red Death, book 1 in this series, came out last year. I was SO impressed by this woman's writing...she blew me away!! I devoured MASQUE, and then I made everyone around me read it. The writing is beautiful, and the story itself is amazing. You don't know what world you're in, what time you're in...and it's so creepy I never wanted to leave.
Book 2, DANCE OF THE RED DEATH, comes out June 11th from Greenwillow Books/HarperCollins. Go buy it, and while you're waiting, check out the short story, Glitter and Doom, online!

    I've only read Speak, and it was a pretty eye-opening book. Very sad :( If I Stay is a book that I need to read asap, as it seems like everyone else has read it except for me.
