This is a great improvement over your Vlog from Hell. (Did you know that is the first old vlog that shows up on the screen after your current vlog finishes?)
All of your tv's are broken beyond repair, at least not cheaper than the price of a new tv. Go buy new tv's none of the repairs in this forum will fix a broken screen of that kind of impact. End of story.
