Follow Friday + a Great YA read!


Welcome to my stop on the Follow Friday hop! Today's question is this: What is ONE book you think everyone needs to read?!

My thoughts: Oh lord. There is NO way I can pick just one book. That's sort of a sad joke :( So here's a collage of books that I have recently read and thought were super amazing. All of these have stuck with me for some specific reason, whether it is gorgeous writing (Near witch, cough, cough!) An awesome storyline, great characters, or something that was just beautiful.     Mmmm... YES!!! Great choices!!! I nearly wrote Cinder, 'cause it was my favorite recent read by far... and I JUST GOT Pledge & Smoke & Bone, I can't wait to dive into 'em. :-) Thx for sharing!! I'm an Old Follower hopping thru to say Hi Back!! :-)

    Oh, I need to finish Daughter of Smoke and Bone - no idea how i haven't yet.

    And somehow I didn't get into Near Witch when I got it from the library, I think maybe I should give it another try. I'm slightly jealous that you've read A Million Suns and Cinder already - they both look really good. Happy Friday!

    I promised a couple of fellow book bloggers I wouldn’t “machine gun” my Follow Friday posts on the blogs I visit but this week’s Follow Friday has inspired me to make an important exception.

    The book I think everyone should read is a work of non-fiction called The Four Hour Workweek. The thing is, the book is very well written and entertaining so it reads like a work of fiction. What the book can do to enhance your life and change the way you live day by day seems unbelievable on its face which might mark it a legitimate work of fiction for the skeptics out there.

    If you read this work of non-fiction and really follow the advice it gives and apply the insights you’ll gain, your life will read like a modern tale fairytale.

    I've read Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Enclave and Wither. Of the three, I liked Smoke and Bone the best and Wither the least. I am really excited about A Million Sons and Grave Mercy looks fantastic!

    I thought about putting up more than one book, but stuck with just one. I haven't read any of the books that you have shown, but most of them are on my TBR list.
    I chose Clockwork Angel just because I think everyone should read at least one of Cassie Clare's books and it's one of my favorites.

    thanks for stopping by at my FF. Those books you pick are mostly up-comers, right? I know Cinder's not out yet and Million suns too?
    Anyway, I didn't read not even one, but I'm happy to say that I pre-ordere Cinder already and can't wait for its release. Other books look amazing too!
