W.O.W. EXCLUSIVE COVER REVEAL! Touching the Surface

Earlier this year, I got in touch with author Kimberly Sabatini. Her YA novel, TOUCHING THE SURFACE, will release in the Fall of 2012 by Simon Pulse.

Today....I GET TO REVEAL THE COVER!!!
But first, here's the synopsis. Yes, I'm going to make you wait. Because you have to read what it's about first! It only makes the cover that much MORE amazing!


Life altering mistakes are meant to alter lives…

When Elliot dies for the third time, she knows this is her last shot. There are no fourth-timers in this afterlife, so one more chance is all she has to get things right. But before she can move on to her next life, Elliot will be forced to face her past and delve into the painful memories she’d rather keep buried. IS IT NOT THE MOST GORGEOUS THING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN?!?! The colors!! The paper birds!!! The dark hair contrasting with the white outfit, the bleakness of the sky, the fact that you can't tell if it's winter or summer or spring or fall and..... and.... oh my word. I'm dying of the shiny! THE SHINY!

    I like it. It's got beautiful color to it, and I love the girl's hair. WONDERFUL. And at first I thought they were doves, but I look back and see that they are paper birds, origami. Love it. :D

    What a stunning cover! I love the little paper birds (I actually didn't notice they were paper until you pointed that out, though). And her hair looks amazing! I will for sure pick this up when it's released.

    I cant' say I love the title text but I love love the image as you say the colours are beautiful and I love the birds? paper birds? whatever they are they are pretty.
