Jane runs away from Life House, a facility for kids with mental health disorders and addictions. She boards a plane to Montclair, New Jersey, though her destination does not matter—she doesn’t plan to be alive when the plane lands. Jane has planned the perfect suicide: she’ll fall asleep on the plane and never wake up. As she’s reaching for her pills in the cabin’s bathroom, the plane hits turbulence. Another jolt, and the engine’s down. The plane crashes into the mountains of Montana, and Jane and a boy named Paul are the only two survivors. What starts out as a death mission quickly becomes a fight for life.

Can't say I like Timepiece all that much sadly :/. I think I would have preferred it if they had made it look like the door/wall was the ceiling and she was stepping through the doorway (up)...specific I know..I am a cover nut anyway I love the LarkStorm cover there is just something about illustrated covers that show that the cover team put in a lot of effort but you never realize how much until you start reading the story and notice the details. I've also never heard of LarkStorm and must go check it out now.

ReplyDeleteI love all the covers, but I'm not sure but I don't think that's the final cover for Timepiece. I heard it was the cover for the ARCs. I really love that cover though.
