Middle Matters BLOG HOP!!

Hey all! Go on over to Makobi Scribe and join this middle-of-the-week blog hop! It's a great way to meet new bloggers and get some more followers! Plus, it makes the week a littleeeee bit more exciting!

My top faves are The Hunger Games and Catcher in the Rye. I love dystopians and adventure thrillers! But I also have a sore spot for wild angsty teens like Holden Caulfield!

To get to know all my readers more, I'd like to know:

What is your favorite YA genre to read?!
Favorite book from that genre?!

  1. Dystopian: Hunger games, and newly added fave, Across the Universe.

  2. I don't really have just one sub genre of YA that I read... Usually I try to mix and match... I just finished "Peter Pan" and am about to start "The Silent Boy" by Lois Lowry.

  3. I love YA fantasy and YA contemporary. I didn't like The Hunger Games

  5. You should read Farhenheit 451 too ---- lots of hungergames symbolisim from that book - Ray Bradbury was way before his time --- even the bird as symbol for rebellion came from that book and in Mockingjay - Katniss squad is number 451 - (the flashpoint of paper and symbol of book burning censorship)

I like YA vampire and anything with Grail undertones.
