Today, I found this picture. I was then disgusted.Who is this half-balding man with the wrinkled forehead? Why is he wearing such a nice button-down under his grilling outfit? It doesn't look sunny out. Why is he squinting? Why a squirrel-pot-pie? Chicken is sufficient.
I usually save my "a picture is worth one word" meme for Sundays, but this one...was highly necessary for TODAY.
What do you guys think?
Excuse me while I go wash my eyes with acid.
Meanwhile, my german shepherd is printing this photo on the laser printer so she can hang it inside her cage. (Hence the long-standing battle with the squirrel in our backyard that pelts acorns at her from the trees while she does her business)
My word is ewwwwwwww
ReplyDeleteLol right?! 100% agree.
ReplyDeleteWell I guess meat is meat right? I'm not that grossed out, kinda odd to make it into a pie thing, it would be less odd to just grill it and pick it off the bones. Have you never seen Bizarre Foods? Those are way worse!!
ReplyDeleteYuck. I prefer my meat to be beef chicken or pork.
ReplyDeleteUgh! This is wrong on so many levels.
ReplyDeletesquirrel pie, hmmm. if desperate maybe.

Lots of people eat squirrel. In England when the gray squirrel was started to overpopulate and dominate over the native red squirrel the Prime Minister encouraged people to help with the problem themselves by eating the gray squirrels. I'm not sure how that all turned out, but like the previous poster said, meat is meat. We only think something is weird to eat if we haven't ate it growing up so it's not based on any real problem with certain things as food. I think eel is a weird thing to eat, but it's delicious! Squirrel might be the same. :)
ReplyDeleteHoly yuck LOL! That is craziness. My dog would be happy too though ;)
